I'll try, thanks Brennae. The patches are on the left and right side of their heads so not where the ich was. They are pretty big compared to the cory's body like a blister popped. Also inside one of the indents are small, almost needle like dots but for now it looks clean otherwise.

Most of my catfish's body is dark with brown fins and small brown patches on their head. The only place that i can see a glitter of green in near their gill region. If that helps anyone.
