    120 gal peninsula build.

Was thinking of just using a HOB over flow. My return pump is a lifeguard 6000 (1876gph). Pretty sure that should get the job done. Lighting is 2 250w MH, 4 46" t5s, and some led moon lights. Thinking it should be good for now. This was a spur of the moment build. Hopefully it will all come...

    Algae scrubber

Well I've been looking at my sump and wanted to build another form of filtration. Googled for some ideas and came up with an algae scrubber. I was wondering if anyone here is running one or has experience with one. Pros/cons. It will be running in a sump that will have a combination of a 55...

    Multiple tanks on one sump/refugum

I was going to have a tee off the return then two ball valve unions so I can control/shut off flow to either tank and have bal valve Union at the end of my supply lines to do the same from the over flow boxes. Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

    Becoming Salty! And Lighting Questions

You'll want to have an actinic 420k rating and maybe a 10-15k bulb depending on what you like. As for a aipstisa, you could look into a file fish. I have had great success with them. Mine loves to eat aipstisa. Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

    Multiple tanks on one sump/refugum

Quick question. I am about to install a new 125g SW tank, I currently have a 55gal reef tank setup with a 55gal sump/refugum in another room. Wondering if it would be a good idea to connect both tanks to the sump (my return pump can more than handle it) Change the 55 to a predator-tank and...

Brittle star fell off instantly (found a worm of some sort and 2 bristle worms dead) Rinsed with two bowls of tank water and placed back...
