I use prime 2.5 gal water change =1.5 ml prime I put mine in the bucket as I'm filling it and its dechlorinated by the time it enters the tank.

I have had good success with Hygrophila Corymbosa too for low maintenance plants they are helping keep my nitrates in check. I run my canopy lights 10-12 hours a day. Nice bright green foilage from my lfs

Seachems directions for stability is one Cap full on initial cycle start and a half a cap per day for 7 days and then a half a cap per water change. I would read the directions on the bottle.

If your not sure about the chlorine in your well some OTO found in the pool supplies at a hardware store will help you identify. If you get a chlorine hit the you'll want to dechlorinate
