Feeding Coral

What kind of coral is this and what should I do

Kenay Tree
I have a small purple kenay tree that I got at around 1 inch about 2 or 3 months ago. it has not grown at all and I have tried every thing I can think of and looked on the internet for similer problems. it looks perfecly healthy ans it is in a 95 gallon tank with a 25 gallon sub. 2 power heads...- Otis
