Yes salt at 1.022 :) So now that the 3 shrimps are in the tank when do I start testing the water? Am i testing for ammonia? nitrates? nitrites? Will the shrimp need to be taken out at the end? Will they just disintegrate through the cycling process? Also, my tank currently has no light on...

So the tank is up and running and 'cycling'. I added the salt, sand and about 85 pounds of live rock on Friday night. Temp is about 79 and salt is 1.22. I still need to purchase lights. Do i need to test the water during this process? Were you serious about dropping in a shrimp ?

Ok, so i will stop putting any more water in it. Should I add salt now or wait until I buy some live rock?
