Will a coral banded shrimp pick on a cleaner shrimp? (55 gallons) Just curious, debating whether to get one or not...

So i just bought the AquaC Urchin in-sump skimmer, after seeing all you guys continually tell everyone that "Remora" is the best, etc. I just got the sump version. It better be good, lol. I wasn't satisfied with the output of the included insump skimmer that came with the all in one wet/dry...

So i was thinking last night as I was testing my water, does any company have one diode that you put in the water and gets sent to a LCD screen that messures everything? (no2, no3, calcium, ph, etc.) Ideally that would be really nice, and save me 30mins a day :) Anybody wish they had this?

I live in Texas (hot) and summer is coming (hotter) and I need a chiller. Anyone have any favs? I have a 55 Gallon (soon to be reef) Metal Halide Lighting (280w) 10 Gallon sump... Price isn't an issue, but I would like to stay as cheap as possible since im ridiculously cheap (sometimes). :wink:

Hey guys, I put in instant ocean into my 55 gallon tank, mixed it all up according to the directions, etc. I woke this morning and their was a think film on the outsides of the glass. I did have 2 airstones in the water to airate it. I was wondering why this happened? All levels are in...
