    I have the same problem. I want a tiny one. The Fluval Sea Evo has caught my eye. But I can't say much about it since I've never owned one. I bout the AQUATOP 24 gallon setup. The stand is 18"•18" like the tank is. It's a really nice setup.

    Dry rock ?

    Really depends on how you want to aquascape and if you're running a skimmer. You won't need as much if you have a skimmer, but just as much won't hurt. If you're not using a skimmer, at least one lb per gallon.

    If you are doing a plug n play, go with a RedSea. You won't regret spending a little more to begin with.
