    Lots of platies

    Hi and welcome. I'm pretty new as well. I have a female platy who has given birth 3 times. Luckily the first 2 time were small, but this last one was pretty massive, close to 40. I've been told they can give birth around every 30 days and to my experience so far, thats true in my case. Good luck...

    HELP! Should I be concerned by this "creature"

    Reply to Help! Not a shrimp tank. Have some Platys (my female just had close to 40 fry) Neon Tetras, and Chinese algae eaters. Thanks for the help. Don't think its a planera, it doesn't have the triangle shaped head.

    I've had my tank about 6 months and just found this slug like creature in my tank. I took him out, for now. Does anyone know what it is and should I get rid of it? Thanks in advance for any advice.
