I know I should have brought my camera to take a picture...I'll do that on monday, but my 6 gallon tank at work has this weird algae. Some of it is just the brown diatoms on the glass, but there's this other brown algae that I have never seen before. It almost looks like hair algae, but I hae...

I doubt the animal conservation area thing would work, but I am looking into trying to stop it....

I have inquired and even wrote to the NJ aquarium about volunteering, but I never heard back. The best of luck to you, I think it's a wonderful thing to do.

I work in Cranbury, NJ in a nice little old blue farmhouse - the original farmhouse from when the land was actually a farm. We have wuite a lot of land, stretching back where it's just mainly tall grass and some trees. Then we have a little strip of woods that divides us from the turnpike...
