Has anyone ever used a overflow box from aquatraders.com? They are a lot cheaper than most of the other overflow boxes but i dont want to skimp on the price and then end up with it draining my tank onto my floor. Leave me your opinions. :D :D

I saw a yellow/green anenome with purple tips at my lfs for really cheap! They labeled it as a sebae anenome. I was wondering does anyone know the kind of sebae it is? Also what are the requirements and food for sebae anenomes? I really want to get it but want to do research on it first.

i just purchased a coralife 260 watt lighitng with 10,000 k and actinc blue light and i was woundering how long should i keep each light running a day for my live rock?

Yes those lights came with my tank and im am only wanting to keep live rock.
