I'm not sure where to post this, but my tank is FOLR, so here goes ... My tank finally finished cycling, and over the weekend, hubby decided to go to the LFS and pick up a few snails and crabs to put in it. I didn't notice until later that one of the snails has what looks like to be bubble...

I know I'm a little slow sometimes ... sorry! Am I supposed to scrub the stuff off my rock as it cures? My water smells horrific, and I know it's from death ... Thanks for being patient with me!

Hi. I know I'm incredibly long-winded, so please be patient with me! I have a 75 gal aquarium that my hubby and I started setting up last weekend. We went to our LFS and bought the substrate, presalted water (the store gave it to us for free, so why not?), and 23lbs of LR. The LR is uncured...

Anyone have any idea what this stuff is? Our tank is one week old as of yesterday; so far we have the saltwater (obviously) and 23lbs of live rock in our aquarium. Could it be die-off? Thanks for looking and for your help!
