I tend to find them in any sponge I have in my tank, the micro buble difuser sponge for my protein skimmer and my overflow's sponge, all of the places where they can take refuge from others.

I do not feed my inverts at all. I dont think you need to, but if you have no algae im not sure. You may need to feed things such as featherdusters by addign suplements from the bottle.
