    Bought a house!

This is on my property. My property is like a triangle back there. Not sure exactly where. My neighbor says his crosses the stream. Mine either does or stops at it. I have to keep cutting the grass and weeds back into the woods more. The last owners didn’t do it much. I heard the ones before...

    Bought a house!

I could easily add a water supply. The pipes are all over my head and there’s two outside garden hose shut valves right there. Just got my new ride on mower. I have to cut a clear path to the stream. I’m like a big kid.

sponge filters sufficient for 75 gallon native fish?

I like having both. But, enough sponge area just may work. A local pet store has sponge filters in all their tanks. And they sell them there, too. Sponge filters aren’t the easiest to find outside the internet. Good luck and post pics of the natives!

I know the neighbor behind me had a plastic pond, but I never saw it. Apparently he removed it now that he has grandkids running around. I just saw the it leaning against the fence. It’s the same one you have. I just may ask if he’ll get sell or give it to me.

    My Blackbanded and Bluespotted sunfish

I got the blue spots from Zimmerman’s Fish. Shipped from Ohio and it wasn’t expensive at all. Just don’t recall. He currently doesn’t have any. But has the ability to get both commercially. The blackbanded’s came from a license breeder in Maryland, where I live. So I drove an hour or so to...

    My Blackbanded and Bluespotted sunfish

Both blackbanded’s are eating frozen blood worms. It took a while, I’m glad. They blue spots are eating like a pack of wolves. They definitely have a dominant one or two out of the seven and everyone keeps to their section of tank.

The felt on the glass cleaner is 3 1/4” long. This guy is growing so fast. His fins look a little longer than standard.
