    Upgraded to Fluval 407 - question on intake valve and ribbed hose

    Hello, I recently setup a 75G freshwater tank and was sold an inadequate pump (Fluval 107). I cycle the tank for 4 weeks before adding fish. I VERY slowly started to populate the tank @ 8 weeks, and realized the inadequacy. I just upgraded to a Fluval 407. Yes, I am mortified and embarrassed...
