    Red bump on fantail's head

    When I turned on the aquarium light this morning I noticed a reddish bump on one of my fantails head. Not sure if it's injured or got a disease that needs treating? Do I need to isolate it? Got my water tested at the local aquatics store and they said nitrite was very slightly high but nothing...
