Hi all. I am wondering if someone could tell me how I might clean my water after medicating in my 6 gallon betta tank? I understand that people use charcoal in a canister filter to do this ,but I am running a sponge filter in this tank. Is it OK to just rely on water changes to do this? Thank you.
