    Tail redness and blister

    2 days ago my goldfish developed redness and a blister. The blister popped yesterday and now has a white growth that falls off and comes back again. Did 80% water change and test shows 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite and trace nitrates. Anyone know what this could be?
