Anyone out there that can help?

2ppm of ammonia used to process in 2-3 days. Never saw nitrites. pH remained 7.4ish. Now, I've been waiting for the same .25 ppm of ammonia to process for 6 days. Still never see nitrites. pH is the same. What do I do to fix this?

There is only one filter in there, just two sponges on it, not two filters. Sorry about that confusion there, I just forget what it's called so I said dual. Sadly, I'm the only one in my friend group who has fish. And I've put quick start in it a few days ago and it didn't seem to do the trick...
