Can aquascaping your tank after it’s cycle is done cause the tank to need to be cycled again.

I think I am finally on the home stretch with my 55 gallon tank. This was the tank that I set up at the end of June and it still isn't cycled. I was having trouble with the water parameters not moving, and a pH of 6.0. We had a few plants, lava rocks and sand... I really had lost all hope...

I tested my tank last night and was kinda shocked on the results. I think they are good, yes? Should I do a 50% water change?

Can a pH of 6.0 cause your tank to stop cycling? Tonight I am going to be ordering some crushed coral to see if it will raise my pH.
