Are the fins on the big one sticking out, like in dropsy? Definitely sounds like you've got a fungal infection going on, likely a secondary from whatever else was plaguing them. Have you tried some Epsom salts? Some people don't like to use them but they have helped me in the past...

Is she eating? Don't feed her for 2-3 days before you try the peas. Have you tried an antibiotic?

How long have you had them? They'll take some time to settle in, especially if the lighting they were in differ from what you have them in. What is their placement in the tank? Flow?

From just looking at the pictures, I would say the green one is simply a macroalgae for now... hard to ID without a better pic. The second does look like an Aptasia. Third lookes like a stomatella varia. Nice hitchhiker, mainly they are just grazers. HTH :)

I got The New Marine Aquarium by Paletta when I was first starting my reef tank and it's a great getting started guide. Borneman's book is great too, you can ID and get to know almost anything about any coral ever. Check Half.com for cheap books. :)

I agree with Ziggy, how is flow in that area? Cyano tends to like growing in low flow areas.
