i've put my blue destructor to a 5 gal tank last week, and 3 days ago he molt and got slightly larger. . .he seemed fine i guess, and very agressive.. . finally my glasscats want to eat, but must be hand fed at all times, which confuses me how to leave them for 2 months next year when i go...

i'd suggest a crayfish. . .but it'll manage to nip upon your plant, but they're never boring. . .anyhow, how light planted is it ??? i thought that gouramis will take a snack upon ur shrimps ??? shrimp only tank wouldnt be boring though. . .

yeah. . .most aquarist here would pick apple snails to clean up the area, but I'd prefer some RCS or CRS to do the job. . .it's satisfying to see them breed like ants. . hahahha. ..

corries are a bit 'lazy', but if u put some more same species companions to him[around 5 more], they wont stop swimming up and down. .. ..

yeph. . .couldnt agree more with theothergentm, plus, if ur over stocked, u'll have to get more work on doing PVCs; the more the bioload, the bigger of the percentage of the water u should change in a PVC, and more often u should do it.. . . i did over stocked my former tank in indonesia with 26...

anyhow. . . .do u know about the rough calculation to 1 tank ??? it's supposed to be 1 galon for 1 inch of a fish, that means that u can keep up to 10 1" tetras [roughly counting] or 5 2" fish, and so on

u could do a 20%-40% PWC, but make sure u still got a cycle going in there.. . well.. .. 5 glofish would be sufficient if u want activities going in ur tank, it's always fun to see them 'flying' around. . .or. ...a crayfish could be an option. ..they're quite interactive towards their...
