    When I brought my fish back from college I used a styrofoam cooler and cut holes in the top of it. THis was a six hour trip and the fish were fine.

    Maximum length of time fish can go without eating?

    Last year during christmas break I went home from college for a month. So I bought an automatic feeder that could feed them for up to a month. It ended up pouring most of the food on top of the tank, but they got enough and were all fine when I got back.

    Thanks for your opinion. No they have never breed. I'm not even sure if they are male or female. I have had all the fish minus the glass cats and the cory for over a year, and they have been fine. I just wish I never added anything now.

    also While CAE's can get to be 10-12 inches they rarely get that big in an aquarium. That is their size in the wild.

    The angels are about to their full size, I've had them for over a year. The gourami is also 4 inches which is full size.
