Post photos of your Aquatic pond.

Not every retailer/vendor ships the day it was ordered!! Some are 24hours/others are 48. I deal with this everyday in my line of work :)

I leave my pond up and running 24-7 too. The only time I shut the falls down is when I do a waterchange. The water level goes below the skimmer so therefore I must shut it off.

How's that tank?? Where are the pictures!!! Please post updated pictures

Sad to say :( The eggs were eaten My guess was the pleco. Next time it WILL be removed!!!!!

Thanks for the quick response. Yes the parents are guarding the eggs. They did this the first time around too and something got them at night. Tonight I "will" leave the lights on for them. I really don't have a tank divider for the pleco :( However, I could move him to the 125g cichlid tank...

My Angel's spawned...question 2 of my Angelfish spawned today :D :D This is the 2nd time for them. The first time the eggs got eaten. They layed them on my filter tube so there is noway I can remove them. How can I prevent them from being dinner for the others? I also have a pleco in there...

Lots of plant coverage will also cut down on the algae. Try adding some quilt batting in your filter. I just started my pond 2 weeks ago and because it's still chilly here in minnesota, I have algae because I can't add plants yet. I'm waiting for some nice warm weather to arrive. If anyone...

Last night I noticed that 2 of my Angels spawned and layed eggs on the HOB filter tube. They were very territorial and chasing the other angels away. This morning, they are gone :( Did the parents eat them, the other angels, or maybe the pleco? Hmmm...i'm sad

Yes I did, last year This year hubby built a 12x5x3' frame and we bought a pond liner to put inside that. The Koi are healthy and happily eating all winter long.
