I have this white film stuff growing on the bottom of most of my live rocks. It kind of looks like cotton but not that thick. Is it some kind of algae???

Wow my maroon clown took the condylactus as a host, it only took him a week. Just yesterday i saw him go inside and now he barely ever leaves the anemone, it was a pretty neat site to see!!!

thanks, the clown was poking at the condy, and at some points it would bite or suck the tentacles of the anemone. I havent seen him in it yet

Will a maroon yellowstripe clownfish go into a condylactus anemone, i heard they only like to go into bubble tips. Is there any other types of anemones they will go into???

I have a porcupine puffer and i was wonderin if they tend to eat peppermint or cleaner shrimp. my puffer is only like 3 inches and doesnt show any sign of aggression toward my other tang and clown, but i am missing my peppermint shrimp, could it have dissovled and been eaten by my hermits or...

I just place a blue tang into my tank and it has developed spots on it and i think its ich. I also have two clowns in the tank and they have been there for awhile, how is it that the tang can get ich but my clowns show no sign of it

My tank has formed some kind of white spots all over the tank, the spots are hard and look like big pieces of salt and they stick to the walls of the tank. I have had them for weeks now and i dont believe its ich, what could it be???? could it be some kind of calcium build up??

The porcupine I recently got looks like it has a few white spots on its tail and a couple on its body. I have been hearing a couple of different ways of treating ich and i just want to hear some of your best ideas. Can ich go away by itself??? and how deadly is it??? any response will help thanks

I just purchased a porcupine puffer a couple of days ago and I have tried to feed it chopped krill and brine shrimp but it doesnt seem to care for it. I was just wonderin if he still might be in shock in my tank or is it a real problem
