    Cycling issues.

    so i just started a new SW tank 2 days ago and i added my live rock yesturday and i just tested my water today and Ammonia - 0 Nitrite - 0 Nitrate - 20ppm Salinity - 1.024 PH was around 8.3-8.4 does that mean the live rock i bought was cycled? :0 and i have a completely cycles tank? lol
