Mine did that at first! :evil: then i added some light and now it looks sort of ok... no die off, but its not really growing, expt for the green and red coraline, purple one is kinda stable. :D

i just bought a new frag of red polyp, anyone could tell me a good site with information on'em? THe guys from the LFS told me they dont need a lot of lighting, right now they have about 50w but by a few weeks theyll have about 95 (2x20watts, 2 x15 and 1 actinic bulb) TIA for any help

Im thinking of buying some shrooms, ive seen a frag yesterday at the LFS and i think it would be nice in my tank, are they hard to keep and what do they need? I have 3 X 15 watt fluorescent lights in my tank, will this be ok for shrooms ( the tank is 20 G?)? TIA guys

Your Lfs was wrong id say, i heard that its is god for fiishes to have a low SG, like 1.021, looks like its better for them and keeps them from having deceases, but 1.017 is definetly too low for anything to live long...

im actually thinkin of bringing back the damsel to the lfs... maybe ill getsome kind of blenny, i just dont want to stop there, this tank costed me a lot, i dont want to keep only those 2, i want something special or flashy... thx

hi guys, i have 2 fishes in my 20g nano, its a maroon clown and a spotted damsel, the damsel looks agressive toward the other one, but seems like he cant catch the clown... im willing to put another fish. My question is, should the next fish ill add be a little larger, so the damsel will stop...

i have a new clown, hes about 1.5inch, just wondering how fast will he grow. It is a maroon clown, and he stays w/ only a one spot damsel right now, im wondering when he will become the larger one, cuz right now he looks afraid of the damsel. TIA guys

Are you sure the red one is slime algae? it was there when i bought the live rock and during my cycle... i thought it was only cool coraline :( i got informed and i only leave 12 hrds of light a day... instead of 15-18, i installed a timer. wut to do is its slime algae?? tia guys

The guy from my lfs told me that when they started the store, an employee made a mistake and brought the salinity to 1.035, and the only fishes that survived were two yellow tangs, so id say we can call them hardy fishes! 8)

Hi Guys, I found a Ballast on EBay, i wondered if it could fit on my 20 gallon tank, or if any of you had experiences wich such setups... I would like to get a new light setup and i was told to look at some sites, but i finally found that one...

oooo yeah... and dont forget, the tank im talking about is a 20g nano tank. Perhaps i should go with a third bulb, maybe ill build a wooden rack myself anf fit 4 bulbs
