IM not sure on the lights, but it may help reduce the stress of moving tanks. If you dont need the lights for anything else (coral, macroalge, etc.) I would just leave them off for the day.

Turned lights off since I found out what it was, it appears to be gone now. I am going to leave the lights off for atleast 1 more day just to make sure they are gone. My hermit crabs and emerald crab also seem to enjoy it as food. Thanks again AA.

I have personally maintained the 14g BioCube, and have to say they are nice setups. The 29g is nice as well they are just Big. Good luck, and welcome to the hobby. The only thing I would suggest ontop of skae310's list is a test kit. Make sure it has atleast Nitrate, Nitrite and Ammonia.

Wrasses are known to hide. How much liverock do you have? He is probally hiding in the rocks. My wrasse used to come out at night when I turned the main light off. I wouldnt worry about him too much for now, If you dont see him for a few days that is a different story.
