    I think the "tacky" tank is making a big come back. Sunken pirate ships, diver etc. I've been seeing a lot of them. I think they're actually pretty great...retro and all that. The sunken submarine is a personal favorite.

    Honestly, an aquarium chiller would probably do you some good. Especially running the a.c. all the time, and with the possibility of temp swings. Keeping the tops open with a fan could work too, but if it is b/w a.c. on all the time and a chiller...i would definitely go with a chiller...

    Best way to kill aiptasia?

    Joe's Juice should take care of it. It even comes with it's own syringe. Just dot a little on to the eye of each aiptasia, and they'll shrivel up and disappear.

    Will hair algea just leave?

    I agree with everyone...especially Keith A., although a bit of a pain to set up, a refugium with a healthy set of caulerpa will do wonders for nuisance algae. Especially if it is properly groomed (healthy mud bed, with proper pruning).

    Meds to keep on hand & crab question ??

    I would definitely recommend Cupramine and Melafix, depending on the tank (cupramine is a no-no in reefs), and it might help to also have some prazipro....(although not as important).
