    aquaclear 110

I love mine. I modded it into a fuge for my 10gal fuge. I've noticed that the impeller if it gets sand into it it'll eat it up fast. Replacement shaft isnt too cheap though.

    55 Gallon Freshwater Planted

Using a canister filet, you cut a section of the return out and put in a section of pvc that has media in it. at the bottom of this pipe you have a tap and the CO2 will enter into that. This will defuse the CO2 into the water way way better than most methods.

    Dying yellow tang

First off the fish is eating and recovering, is the tank small yeah but so are QT tanks and hospital tanks and fish live in those for multiple weeks. Guy is working on a bigger tank or said he was going to rehome it to a bigger tank once it's recovered. So dude... kudos to you on being humane...

    Carey's LAST Build- 125g Reef

Id just use the compressor itself to chill a radiator that the tank water goes thru. But yeah easier and safer to buy one. nice project to do if you had that parts already.

    Greenturtle's MAYBE Nano Tank

np...sounds like a good plan anyway... PC's put out some decent light. I have a 10gal going right now, i can't setup my biocube till i move into my house. Since moving a tank is alot of work and basically is a restart. When I move I'll be setting up the biocube and cleaning the bubble algae...

    Greenturtle's MAYBE Nano Tank

A controller would be the dimmer. They sell a dimmer system (2nd link)...which is way less than a controller.

    Greenturtle's MAYBE Nano Tank

I just look at it that your paying for the LED system in 2 years just from bulb replacements lol Then you can have anything you want in the tank.

    Best nano skimmer???

Reason why the fuge is in chamber one is that its getting the intake water from the tank. Which has all the stuff from the tank. The 2nd chamber cleans the water - media rack and skimmer.. and the last is the return and heater.

    Greenturtle's MAYBE Nano Tank

LED benefits : No heat. Super Less power consumed Don't have to replace the LED's for about 15 years Produces equal or better light than the Metal Halide. Price is kinda a turn off... but personally I don't want an heat source, having to replace bulbs every 6 months, and having it make my...
