thanks for replying since i posted i took a sample of poop to the vet and they have said its not parasites or bacterial infection,it was the vets nurse that rang back. and that it was too much fibre in the diet but i think they meant to say there wasnt enough fibre as i hadnt been feeding it...

can someone tell me what white stringy goldfish poop means is it a bad diet internal infection or could it be stress . only had the fish 5 days thanks
