There are baffles between the chambers. I will try to swap the balls with the skimmer today, if it doesn't work then im going for the bubble trap. I still can not understand why i did not have this problem 2 weeks ago!

I am new to this hobby and purchased a 52 gal tank. I have read alot and placed the rocks as shown in the pics to have many hiding places. I am also planning to get corals. Is this a good arrangement or shall i change it before it gets crowded?
