Did you clean off any of the dead material from the live rock before you added it to the tank?
If not I would get a canister filter on the tank and take a turkey baster to blow off as much decaying matter from the rock as possible. Then let the canister filter run for a while to clear the water...
I have to agree on what everyone has been saying. Remove the inhabitants, letting the tank cycle on its own, slowly adding livestock back into the tank after you have researched the livestock will be the best route you can go.

More importantly is making sure you treat your corals to prevent the transfer of parasites or other unwanted pests.
I do a three part soak using flat worm exit first followed by an iodine dip and then finally Coral Rx.
For acro's I also treat new arrivals in Interceptor to kill "red bugs".
I have been using LEDs on 2 of my tanks for a few months now and am very happy with both color and coral growth. My electric use is also down which is always a good thing.
I would add another dosing of the FW exit for the remaining FW's. Sometimes it takes several applications to kill them all. 5 will turn into 500 if left unchecked.
