Well bought it about 10months ago now, shop we bought it from said the shell wasn't living but it definately is theres even a little crab living on the back of it..

I bought this sea fan and have noticed the shell it's sat on is alive it keeps opening and closing anyone have any idea of what it is??

I have had a antler coral crab for 6 months and have noticed he has gone. Well I mean the crab has left the coral anyone know why it would of gone? Or gone too? Looked for it but no luck yet.. Thanks

Ours molt once a month more if the tank Is disturbed :-)

Hi We bought a piece of LR when we first started and it was covered in grass not realising it's not really ment to be on there we bought it.. We were going to get rid of it but another fish shop suggested getting a emerald crab or mithrax crab we got both and they have cleared it well good...

Shredding it's skin ours does it every 8 weeks or if it's moved hope this helps :-)

That should be fine just make sure the tank cycle again :-)

Does look like a feather duster tube but they can sometimes leave there tubes and make new ones. One of ours came out of it's tube didn't see it till a few months after when it made another tube hope this helps

Really has loads spines coming out of it.. Thought it was a fireworm

Is it like grass? If so we bought a emerald crab which has removed it 

Dosent sound surprising when we first set up our tank we bought out LR from our Lfs and they checked it over several times for fish but nope. Only to find when we got back there was a goby in there shame the Lfs hadn't put water in the bag otherwise he prob be still alive now they seem good...

Caught a fireworm after seeing it months ago finally saw it and got it out  tried baiting it but had no luck with that heres a picture

We have had the same problem we bought nitrate minus it helps but then goes back up again any advice to keep it down would be appricated thanks
