    No blue on the dorsal fin. That's just the tank background you're seeing.

    Ya.... "Vibrant" is not a word I'd choose to use to describe her. "Shiny" or "metallic" maybe, but not "vibrant". Don't get me wrong, she's a pretty fish (for being not "vibrant") that's why I'm curious what kind of dwarf gourami she is.

    I know it's a gourami... I'm pretty sure it's some sort of dwarf gourami... Can anyone please help me be more specific? The pictures don't really do it's shiny copper/bronze color any justice but I hope they can help me figure out what this is.

    I've had a 10 gal tank for about 10 years and loved it... This Christmas, my family conspired to get me a bigger (27 gal hexagon) tank. When I asked the local fish store a question or three to get the new tank going correctly, I quickly discovered that I had been running my old tank all wrong...
