could anyone recommend a quiet external filter for a 350 litre tank? quieter the better as the tank is in my bedroom, also could you recommend a heater?. thanks

i'am about to buy a 75 gallon tank and have always fancied a tiger Oscar but don't really like the thought of only having the one fish as i've researched that Oscars need a 75g to themselves really, could get a sailfin pleco, anyone got any ideas?
