    Circulation

    I am just wondering how important it is for my cichlids to have circulation in my tank. I have a 3000 l/h power head circulating my water but it stopped working. I managed to get it going again however if it did die on me how crucial is it?? :confused:

    Algie wafers

    How do I stop the other fish steeling my featherfin catfish's sinking wafers? they don't exactly sink very fast and even when I distract the others with a yummy pinch of NLS they still go after them lol. Any tips???:puppydogeyes:

    Brown algae

    I am starting to get an increase in brown surface algie, should I be concerned? I don't have my lights on that much, only about six hours a day and only when we are home. Mostly on rockwork and some fake plants. Tank is three months young. Cheers!

    Popeye treatment for cichlids

    Hi team, one of my new pulican cichlids has popeye. Is there a sure fire remedy for this fir cichlids or is it the usual Epsom salt fix as for any type of fish???? Would pimafix help this condition? It's only the one fish affected in a 100 gal tank, with 19 other tank mates.
