I have got three big sized plants in my 20gal. tank and I also have six black skirt tetras and different types of fish. Does the black skirt tetras need too many plants, they aren't acting weird or anything so should I still add plants?

I got some great suggestions from Homedog98 but was wondering if there were any more fish for my tank. I will soon have a freshwater 26 gal. bow front tank and I want it to be community. I liked the idea of adding a Rubberlip Pleco and black skirted tetras I looked them up and saw some cool pics...

Can anyone tell me if I have to do anymore water tests other than ph, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, and thats it I believe or that's all I'm doing.
