    Milky "web" on lace rock

This tank is three weeks old. Just tested the water Friday, all good. Salinity 1.023-1.024. This rock was in the tank (after boiling), then removed/rinsed/dried. I then rinsed and put back in Saturday. Thanks for any constructive input.

I see my confusion. That used to be attached to the feather duster. Will it float and thrive? Good or bad?

    Nassarius snail killing feather duster

Thanks for the info! There were a couple more battles and I thought the worm won! I can see now that he is forming his sand tube quickly. Any info on how they do that? His body is green. I actually ldug a trough and gently moved him in. ;-)

I have a feeling no one will be surprised that my snail is currently killing my new feather duster (as in hours old). Ugh. I feel terrible.

    Hitchhiker button?

Excellent. Thanks! It looks like it will have a harder edge. Does that mean more towards a palythoa polyp?
