You may want to consider getting a water changer that hooks onto your faucet. It makes large water changes a breeze and I find I will change water much more often because it's easier. Best thing I've ever bought for my tank.

That's too bad but I would move him into a hospital tank and keep the water very clean until he's healed up. He will learn to live with one eye.

I used ge silicone 1 for kitchens and bath. Tube did not state mold inhibitors or bioseal. But when I googled the UPC it stated mold and mildew resistant. I got two tubes made by marine land for 12 each worth every penny after what I've been through.

I already removed the silicone. Be careful if you reseal your tank the silicone I used did say 100% silicone. I'm resealing it with silicone made by all glass aquariums just to be safe.

Many of the videos I watched said that the tube would say not for aquarium use, because of liability reasons but that it was still safe. Ya right.

Well swimming pooping and eating is a good sign. It's too bad some chain stores are so terrible. The pet smart in my town is top notch always healthy fish and nice people. It's ten times better than the family owned store down the road. Just depends on who manages it.

What would you do next. I'm considering a water change. It seams like I used the right stuff so I don't think they are poisoned but I'm not sure I can't test for poison. This is the week from hell.

It was the clear. Nothing is new in the tank. I did have a few fish that were new from before the leak but now they're all dead. As well as a few that I've had for a year. I'm considering a water change and adding a couple tetras that are still alive to test it. But that seems cruel.
