ok I have had my tank for 2 yrs now and seems like the glass lids are more of a hassle, how many have glass lids? can I just get rid of them and have the top open under my light?

well I do know what pods are and that is not what they are so if they are worms can someone tell me if I need to get rid of them?

so back to the things on my glass, they are worms or eggs of worms and they are ok to have but what if I don't have a wrasse to eat them? will the Tangs eat them?

well u only see one section of rock in that pic I do have alot of coraline algae but my tank is only fish so I only have a basic light not for a reef setup.

ya they look like little lice, they don't move around like Copepods. why are they good? and what are they should I try to get rid of them?

what do u mean by pod? they just look like maybe a little white egg

this is a pic if you can see them very well. it is a 55 gal and I'm pretty sure it's not ick cause I have had that before and they are more egg like and seem a lil bigger
