    Is it completely shut down? Is the 130d the cube or the bigger one? If it is possible to move it you could put it near an a/c vent in your house. There is not much more you can do since it has the hood except to either modify the existing cooling fans or add some, cut down on the photo period...

    What is your budget on this tank? I strongly recommend some lights, at least a few Power Compacts. Also you will need a powerhead or two for flow.

    Can you give some details about your set up? Do you have a refugium section in the sump? If so you could possibly add some chaeto to actually compete with the hair algae for the nutrients and hope for it to starve it out. Another hit and miss tactic would be to add a yellow tang. It seems...

    Are you planning on having any corals? If so be cautious with the Asterina stars. Some tend to be good and others can be little terrorist. I have seen photos of these stars actually wiping out small colonies of zoas and palys.
