What to do when I kill them, do I need to take them out, because it is imposible sometimes

Does anyone have a problem with aiptasia, or glass anemone. I have them on my roks and in sump. Today I tried to kill them with lemone juice, but most of them hide in rocks. I have lots of corals, so I need to be careful with what I use.

No, I don't, he ate all Aiptasia, which was the main reason I bought him, he also ate all of the tube worms :-)
