Here is my new 60gallon freshwater tank. Traded a cheap acoustic guitar for it! Still pretty fresh, right now just housing three Malawi cichlids, 4 rainbow sharks and 2 red tail sharks. Plants get transferred over tomorrow.

Well, against my better judgement I bought a turquoise gourami at toms on Wednesday. Beautiful fish! Guess what is dead on the bottom today... That is the last time.

Yeah, I think I'm done with Tom's. Dead fish in tanks, no care taken when netting it bagging, not enough water when bagging. Tattooed and "painted" fish, sickly fish. Check out this poor guy, he looked so sad with his fins all nipped up and cloudy eyes

Just went to Tom's, they do have black worms now! They come in fresh on Wednesday's.

They still have some good fish. Lots of cichlids.

so far they are doing great. I got 3 from that tank . As for black worms, I have the same thing here, all my fish love them even my alge eater eats them.

I bought some of those Cory's on saturday... Their power was out, apparently it happens quite often. Might explain the deaths

Wow, that sucks. I really like that place. There isn't another lfs in the area with their selection. Guess I am going to have to trek all the way to HoT. Toms is ok in a pinch but they just don't have the selection or knowledge. With everything half off I'll have to go see what I can get tomorrow.

I have a pretty good assortment in the tank, most are staying well clear of the angels. The only one bothering the angels seems to be the algae eater, he keeps harassing them

Just an update, all fry are doing well it seems. So far they are all still alive.
