Ok I have been real busy for the past few days, here were my observations

So far Ammonia has stayed constant on 0.1 and NirItes is at 0.1
I haven't seen any rise in NitrAtes yet, but remmember these hobby grade test kits are about worthless. I haven't done any water changes since the day I started using Stability.

it shouldn't go bad as far as i know unless you use it in the filter. only after that it goes bad after 1 month. one more thing to keep in mind is that IMO, carbon is a waste of money unless you're removing medication.
If its the white bloom, you are overfeeding your fishies. If its green bloom, hope somebody else can chip in as I dont know much about the green bloom 0X
