mushroom anemones

I wouldn't... I don't know if you have had salt tanks before, but ... #1 If you are new to the hobby, you are still learning about maintaining water chemistry and some of these fish are sensitive to water chemistry. Tangs sre well known to have ICH outbreaks when stressed and even chemical...

Same here ... but fotunately not a complete crash. I lost a couple of corals and a coral beauty. I also had an anemone die and poison the tank while on vacation. Almost a complete loss. Had a powerhead burn underwater and contaminate water with plastic chemicals - very few losses .... but...

I have a six line - never seen him cocoon. Very cool fish , though... lots of personality.

I have bought this many times - it's dry. It does not clump and it dissolved fast and completely. JG

If your fish will take dry food.... I went away for 2 weeks in July. I made a feeding chart for my tank sitters and taped the proper food portions to the chart as a visual. Nobody overfed.

The "puking" periodically is rather normal behavior as they use the same opening for feeding and for excreting. It is a bit horrifying the first time that you see it. Don't be surprised if it appears to be doing fine and begins slowing getting smaller until one day it's gone. Anemones do not...

Do you have enough algae to support them? I have read that they will not do well if they don't have enough grazing space and algae.

Probably just was irritated from the move. They wil slime over with a clear film and then open back up later after shedding the coating. I like to think of it as the coral having a "facial"

Do you have any serpent stars? I had one that used to drop down on my firefish during the night.

2 blennies need big tank with lots of rock. I have a bicolor and a lawnmower in a 90 gallon. They don't get along ( the bicolor is the aggressor), but have plenty of space. One stays on the left side and the other on the right.
