    Bacteria? or Parasite?

    I have a spotted sweetlips whose fins appear to be fraying. Its eyes are also starting to look swollen and cloudy. It also appears that a couple of my other fish are brushing themselves up against live rock at times. The sweetlips is relatively new in the tank. Anyone have suggestions?
