Ive only had my puffer for a week now, and all seemed fine. Tonight, I noticed his tail fin was partially opened and discolored. He appears slightly bloated and seems to have a kink ( tail is kinked inward) I have tested the water and all levels are normal. Sad.....:( any advise?- mmarg03
