I went to get new 90 neo show tank and accidentally bought new reef octopus skimmer.my wife almost killed me said we already have a good skimmer!!hooked it up she seen stuff in it she never seen so no divorce now!!!

Its not bad its very pretty i glue it to back wall and let it grow it will cover back glass and move in the flow from powerheads.dont put it with your main rockwork cause it will overtake other corals.i love it fast grower and lots of movement.

That is green star polyps.dont get more give it a few weeks and they will spread like wildfire.

The fish cost more and if you want reef you'll need good lighting but maintenance is less because all the inverts. Snails crabs starfish all clean and stir the sandbed.once you have what you need super easy.

Hello if you are just starting out i wouldnt do anything under a 30 gallon keeping water parameters in check wont be easy i started with 55 gallon and it was easier than freshwater to me.5 gallon can be done just lots of water changes all the time

It sounds great.i started with coralife skimmer as well did my buddy and both of them crapped out.we got reef octopus about the same price but 10x better.get the cone one nwb 110.uou will be very pleased

Are you using canister filter?if so the white filter pads over time made mine go milky so changed to sump setup no more milky water can see all my fish now!"!

Just did a coralvue by two little fishes did on zoas got 8 or 9 sundial snails 1 knobby starfish off and crap loads of ampiapods or copapods off.they might open now!!!!
