yes and it is a new kit. I'll give it some more time. Everything I've read about cycling tanks with fish say I should have seen a jump in ammonia by now. Hopefully My fish stay happy!

filtration was brand new. Its a penguin 200 biowheel. The only thing I've added to the water is Stress Coat+ which I added to the water when I filled it per instructions.

Love my bio wheel. and I always get a step larger filter than the size of the tank!

Thanks! although I am nervous, I am leaving tomorrow morning for two nights. hopefully they will be okay. I plan on changing some of the water tomorrow morning before I leave, just to slow down the tank a little.
