    You should be changing your carbon every month or so, or else it will start to leach the toxins it has captured back into your water. If your carbon is 'cycled', it is probably overdue for changing. Try some bio-max or something similar to house benificial bacteria. It works alot better than...

    My 70g Cichlid Community

    It is hovering around 30 ppm, should I be alarmed? 20% change every 5-7 days and my filters are full of Bio-Max biological media. EDIT: I just tested the nitrate @ 20 ppm just to be sure.
